Finding the right crew can be a long and sometimes difficult job.  Whether you are looking for professional crew, racing crew or just seeking a companion for a cruise our aim remains the same: to provide you with a pool of suitably qualified candidates from which you will be able to select the right person to suit your needs, while making the process as simple as possible.

We have a wealth of maritime experience and many years in command and senior leadership positions at sea and ashore so we understand the need to ensure that all candidates are suitable for the post they are applying for.  Before being registered with us, all of our crew members will be carefully vetted in terms of their experience, references and qualifications.

Crew

To register as crew you need to send us your details (including copies of all professional qualifications, references and a pasport size photograph) using the 4 Winds Yachting crew registration form.  Unlike other crew websites, your registration with 4 Winds is free of charge. 

Once we have confirmed your registration you will have access to our database of positions available and the necessary contact details to contact owners/captains directly.
