The diversity of activities available on land is amazing, and in terms of sailing, you can make your trip as gentle or as adventurous as you like. Cruising round the Kyles of Bute, keeping an eye out for porpoise and basking shark, or making a longer trip out to the Hebrides - or even over to Ireland - whatever your preferences, Scotland's West coast is the ideal sailing base.
